 If you are interested in enrolling your child in Christ the King Catholic School for the 2009 - 2010 or 2010-2011 school year, please call the school office for more information and to have an information packet mailed to you. We would like to schedule a tour of the school with you and have you meet with our principal. School
office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. If the office is closed, please leave your information and we
will get back to you as soon as possible. Please feel free to roam our website to learn about more about our school. The CKCS
fee schedule for the school year 2010-2011 is listed below.
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION and OPEN HOUSE
Open registration for the 2010-2011 year will be held in February. New student applications will be received from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon in Assumption Hall on February 9 for Kindergarten and on February 10 for Grades 1-8. We invite everyone interested in joining Christ the King to visit us. Please contact the CKCS office for new families tours, information about our school and new student application.
RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION Registration for students returning to CKCS will take place from February 1 - 5. To secure a place for your child/children for next year, return the Tuition Agreement no later than February 5. If you are moving out of town or transferring to another school, please send a letter and let us know so we can give that place to another child. If you need an extension on the time for payment, please call Mr. Crain. If you have upcoming Kindergarten children, be sure to include their name on
the Tuition Agreement. You must also fill out an Application for Admission - which we will send you after receiving your Tuition
Agreement. Mr. Crain would like to meet with you and your Kindergarten child on the Kindergarten application date - February
9 - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon in Assumption Hall. Non-refundable registration fees for 2010-2011 due within
7 days of acceptance

$150.00 per student (includes a $35 pupil tax paid to OCS) Supply Fee $ 50.00 per student Technology Fee $ 50.00 per student Testing Fee $ 15.00 per student Capital Assessment $150.00 per family
Total of $415.00 for the first child and $265.00 for each additional child For returning families, the tuition agreement and the registration fees (excluding the capital assessment) are due by February 5, 2010. The capital assessment
fee is due by July 1, 2010. If any family is struggling to pay the registration fees, please make an appointment to speak
to Mr. Crain or Mrs. Barr about this issue.
Finances ♦ Contributing Rate
Please
remember that the Church operates on a budget from December to December each year. This means that in order
to receive the contributing rate, contributions must be made by December 31. Please see the Church office if you have
any questions about receiving the contributing rate. ♦ School Board policy states: "All past due tuition and fees for the previous year must
be paid before a child is registered for the next year. All payments for the current year must be completed before a child
is withdrawn from the school." |
