Tuition Assistance

Although families pay tuition, this does not cover the entire cost of education.  The remaining cost is subsidized by Christ the King Church and St. Lawrence Church.  This is why it so important to contribute to your church.  Families that are requesting tuition assistance must know that Christ the King Catholic School uses the FACTS program to determine if a family qualifies for tuition assistance.  This is an online application that must be completed before any assistance can be given.  The assistance given to families comes from the school (Sister Maureen Scholarship Fund) and will only cover tuition, not registration fees.  Since we are a Catholic School, we do not receive any federal funds or grants to help with tuition.  We have a limited amount of money that can be given to qualifying families.  Please complete the online application or contact the school office for more information.

RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION

Registration for students returning to CKCS has taken place and your signed Tuition Agreement should be on file with the office. If you are moving out of town or transferring to another school, please send a letter and let us know so we can give that place to another child.  Academic fees are due by the dates indicated on the forms. If you need an extension on the time for payment, please call Mr. Crain.

If you have upcoming Kindergarten children, be sure to include their name on the Tuition Agreement.  You must also fill out an Application for Admission - which we will send you after receiving your Tuition Agreement.  This year it will not be necessary for siblings to come on the “Open Applications” date.  Mrt. Crain would like to meet with you and your Kindergarten child but will call you to schedule an appointment once we have received your application.
